What We Do
MPL-Systems provides computer re-use programs for major corporations and universities. Computers that would otherwise end in a landfill are refurbished and marketed to any person, family or organization in search of high-quality, low-cost desktop and laptop computers.
Warranty
All systems are accompanied by a limited 90-day, repair or replace warranty. All warranties, stated or implied, are limited up to the original purchase price. Should any part fail to function during the warranty period, we will repair the unit or replace it at no charge to the owner. Any replacements, if necessary, will be limited to replacements in-kind.
Our warranty also covers a one-time reload if the software installed by us fails to function for any reason.
All users are advised to make data backups on a timely basis. Any data or user installed software are the responsibility of the purchaser and not covered by this warranty. All warranty repairs will be performed at our workshop.
Please contact us in advance to set a repair appointment.
Please understand that these are used computer products and a certain amount of minor cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, blemishes, etc.) is to be expected. No unit will be delivered if any of this “wear and tear” affects the unit’s ability to function.
All units are sold on an “as available basis”.
